POSTPONED -Steps for Success – Childhood Obesity & Nutrition Awareness Charity Walk-Due to the forecast of severe heat and humidity, and out of concern for the health and wellness of our participants, we have made the decision to postpone the August 10th Walk to a later date. GWAPI Mentorship Program Update-The GWAPI Mentorship Program, led by Dr. Arpana Shah, held a very successful meeting on Thursday, July 29th.The kickoff meeting brought together mentors in meaningful dialogue about career growth, challenges, and goals. We are excited to see this program grow and make a lasting impact. There will be an introductory meeting for families in October. The objective of the meeting will be to share the goals of the program and to better gauge the level of interest within the community.
Members of the committee are, Arpana Shah, Rupinder Sethi, Navneet Atwal, Narian Rajan, Aman Kaur, Sonia Samtani, Deepak Deshmukh, Reva Gill, Kirit Bhatt. And Minal Shah.
Pearls of GWAPI-We are happy to share the launch of “Pearls of GWAPI”. Each month one of our specialists will share a brief clinical pearl- a key point, insight or practical tip. They will be followed by an interactive discussion on our Active Member What’s App forum. This is a great way for us to learn from each other and stay connected!
